Steak Soup Warms with Nutritious Wholesomeness

Steak Soup - grass fed  

Flint Hills Steak Soup

You’ll need:
1 lb grass fed Ground Round
½ stick butter (lighten it up by substituting ½ cup olive oil)
½ cup flour
32 oz box Beef Broth (can add additional 14oz can)
Large Onion - chopped
2 Sticks celery - diced
4 Carrots - chopped
2-3 Diced garlic cloves
1 cup frozen corn
1 Can diced Tomatoes
2 beef bouillon cubes
2-4 cups water

In a large stock pot
Brown Ground Round grass fed beef
melt in ½ stick butter
sprinkle beef with ½ cup flour and stir
while adding salt and ground pepper

Add:
Beef Broth
Chopped Onion
Celery
Carrots
Corn
Tomatoes
pour in water with 2 beef bouillon cubes

Fresh ground pepper
Medium to boil then simmer 2 to 4 hours (the longer the better)
